L'appartamento è situato nella centralissima Via Etnea, nei pressi della Piazza della Cattedrale. E' un accogliente dimora che offre una straordinaria combinazione di antiche atmosfere e di comfort moderno. La proprietaria, è anche l'architetto che ha restaurato l'intero edificio del 18° secolo. Volte affrescate, pareti decorate, mobili e quadri d’alto  antiquariato; questa è l’importanza di questa casa .
Particolare cura nel restauro dei decori delle volte riccamente affrescate.  Il colore gioca un ruolo fondamentale anche nelle pareti  decorate a tinte calde e decise.
In tutto questo insieme si vivono magiche atmosfere.
Anche se l’attento restauro ha recuperato ogni traccia del passato l’appartamento è dotato di moderni confort, Il riscaldamento radiante a pavimento per l’inverno e moderni condizionatori per le calde giornate estive. Un Hammam all’interno della sala da bagno padronale permette di rilassarsi in totale riservatezza.
La sera si può cenare in terrazza al lume di candela o scendere in strada  e sedersi al tavolo di uno dei tanti ristoranti sotto casa.
L'ampio appartamento è composto da 4 camere da letto matrimoniali con bagno privato (uno dotato di Hammam), una doppia con bagno esterno per un totale di 10 posti letto, 4 saloni una sala da pranzo, cucina e bagno di servizio.
Ha un appartamento annesso sopra con una cucina-soggiorno e divano (2 posti letto), una camera da letto un bagno e due terrazze paronamiche.

E' possibile richiedere singolarmente l'appartamento in depandance, accogliente, silenziosa e di singolare bellezza ristrutturata ed arredata con materiali e mobilio d’altissima qualità e gusto (marmi, legno ed antiquariato).

Con accesso indipendente questo appartamento (vedere le ultime quattro foto) è collegato alla casa principale dalla quale riceve su richiesta servizi aggiuntivi. Inoltre durante le festività di Sant’Agata (dal 2 al 5 di febbraio) dai balconi della casa principale affacciati sulla via Etnea è possibile assistere alla processione dei carri.

È composto da una piccola hall d’ingresso e distribuzione, una stanza da letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con cucina completa di stoviglie, comodo tavolo da pranzo dalle dimensioni regolabili, armadio e divano trasformabile in ulteriori  2 letti, tv,connessione wireless e bagno completo.

Luminose ed arieggiate, le stanze sono climatizzate. Una scala interna porta ad  un ampio terrazzo e solarium attrezzati da dove si  ammirano i tetti e le cupole delle chiese storiche, il porto e l’imponenza dell’Etna.Mobilio e spazi consentono ampie comodità per sistemare bagagli e abbigliamento.

​The apartment is located in the central Via Etnea , near the Cathedral Square. It ' a cozy home that offers a unique combination of historical atmosphere and modern comfort. The owner, is also the architect who restored the entire building of the 18th century. Frescoed ceilings , wall art, furniture and paintings, antiques , this is the importance of this house .Particular care in times of restoration of the decorations richly frescoed . Color plays a fundamental role in the walls decorated in warm colors and decided .In all this together we live a magical atmosphere .Although the careful restoration has recovered all traces of the past, the apartment is equipped with modern comforts , the radiant floor heating for the winter and modern air conditioners for those hot summer days. A Hammam inside the master bathroom allows you to relax in complete privacy .In the evening you can dine on the terrace by candlelight or take to the streets and sit at a table in one of the many restaurants in the house. The spacious apartment consists of 4 bedrooms with private baths (one with Turkish bath ) , a double room with shared bathroom for a total of 10 beds , 4 living rooms with dining room , kitchen and bathroom.It has an adjoining apartment above a kitchen-living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2 ), one bedroom one bath and two terraces.

You can individually request the apartment in the annexe , cozy , quiet and of singular beauty renovated and furnished with materials and furniture of the highest quality and taste (marble, wood and antiques) .
This apartment with independent access ( see the last four photos ) is connected to the main house from which it receives request additional services. In addition, during the feast of St. Agatha ( 2-5 February) from the balconies of the main house overlooking the street Etna you can watch the procession of floats .
It consists of a small entrance hall and distribution , a double bedroom , a living room with fully equipped kitchen , comfortable dining table by adjustable size , wardrobe and sofa that converts into a further 2 beds , TV , wireless connection and full bathroom .
The bright and airy rooms are air conditioned .
An internal staircase leads to a large terrace and solarium equipped where you can admire the roofs and domes of the historic churches , the harbor and the imposing Mount Etna.
Furniture and large spaces provide convenience for storing luggage and clothing .
