L'appartamento è molto luminoso e gode dell'esposizione sud, ovest ed est.L'edificio nel suo complesso è molto tranquillo, con ambiente molto familiare. La piazza del castello ursino è un polo gastronomico della città e sono concentrati una grande quantità di ristoranti e locali. Questa zona è sempre viva e da qui sono raggiungibili facilmente tutti i luoghi più rappresentativi della città.
