L'appartamento è stato da poco ristrutturato ed è normalmente abitato dalla proprietaria che lo affitta per brevi periodi. Pertanto l'arredo è tutto su misura e pensato per chi deve abitare la casa per lunghi periodi , quindi, completo di tutto.

Al secondo piano di un edificio costruito negli anni '30 del secolo passato, si compone di una cucina, un soggiorno molto luminoso, due camere da letto ed un bagno molto di charme. I mobili sono di design e alcuni su progetto esclusivo.

La casa può ospitare un massimo di 6 persone se si considera la possibilità di un divano letto matrimoniale posizionato nel soggiorno, ma si consiglia una occupazione ottimale di 4 persone.

Molto indicato per nuclei familiari.

Da qui è molto comodo godersi delle splendide passeggiate in bicicletta o a piedi sul lungomare di Catania, raggiungere Acicastello o Acitrezza.

La zona è ben servita ed il Corso Italia è il viale con i migliori negozi per fare ottimo shopping: considerato il salotto di Catania.Le principali mete turistiche sono facilmente raggiungibili anche senza l'ausilio dell'auto; a pochi minuti si trovano la stazione dei treni e dei bus per raggiungere le mete fuori città: Taormina, Siracusa, Etna, Ragusa, Noto.
