L'appartamento si trova nel medesimo edificio ed allo stesso livello del FLAT 1 con il quale è adiacente. Ristrutturato recentemente dal proprietario architetto in uno stile che pur rispettando la tipologia tradizionale ha donato un design molto moderno in stile Loft.
Posizionato nel cuore del centro storico della città (riconosciuto dall'UNESCO patrimonio dell'umanità) l'edificio si trova proprio di fronte ad uno degli elementi architettonici più rappresentativi della storia catanese: il Castello Ursino costruito nel XII sec per volontà di Federico II di Svevia.
Oggi questa zona è il cuore pulsante della vita notturna e diurna catanese e centro gastronomico della cucina tipica della nostra zona. Da qui non avrete bisogno di alcun mezzo di trasporto perchè vi trovate già nel cuore della città e lontano del traffico cittadino.
L'appartamento si compone di un living con divano letto matrimoniale con angolo pranzo e cucina indipendente. Sul soppalco trovano posto uno spazio con letto matrimoniale e bagno.
Le stanze sono ben arredate e rifinite.
La localizzazione del loft è perfetta per trascorrere un soggiorno sereno anche senza l'utilizzo dell'auto. A pochi passi dal Duomo si possono raggiugere in pochi minuti tutti i luoghi piu interessanti e simbolici della città , della sua cultura e della sua architettura. A pochi metri vi sono il mercato storico della pescheria, il museo civico, il monastero dei benedettini, la cattedrale, la via Etnea (via principale e salotto della città), l'andfiteatro greco e l'Odeon, il teatro dell'opera Vincenzo Bellini. La piazza che circonda il Castello Ursino è ricca di ristoranti tipici e a buon prezzo. Proprio qui si trovano i  principali locali ed i pubs piu in voga. Da qui potete certamente godere la città nel pieno delle sue attrazioni.

​Self-catering appartment in typical historic property in Catania. The appartment has been recently renovated by the architect owner in a style which reflects the local tradition yet adds a more up-to-date feel. It boasts a position in the heart of the historic city centre ( recognised by UNESCO as a world heritage site) directly opposite one of the most historically representative elements of the city, Castello Ursino, a 12th century castle built according to the wishes of Frederick II. Today this area is the pulsing heart of the day and nightlife of the city and is a gastronomic centre for it's cuisine.From this ideal position there is no need for the use of any transport as it is right in the centre yet far away from the city traffic. The appartment itself consists of a living room with a double sofa-bed, a dining area and a separate kitchen with a double bedroom and bathroom above.The rooms are well furnished with attention to detail.The appartment is perfect for a relaxing stay within a few minutes of all the interesting city sights for architecture and culture being only a few steps from the Duomo (cathedral), historic fish market, the civic museum, the Benedictine monastery, the main street via Etnea, the Greek amphitheatre, the Odeon and the operahouse.In the evening, the piazza surrounding the castle is lit up by many typical and reasonably-priced restaurants with the most fashionable clubs and pubs also situated here. A location where one can certainly enjoy all that the city has to offer!
